philhosting.net worst hosting company !!!

For the past 12 months, this hosting company has been nothing but a head ache to me. All I do almost every other day was complain and follow-up on problems which they have caused.

They will answer your support ticket in days! They will answer it day by day, by asking stupid questions which will delay your problems in months! They don't have 24/7 support, off on weekends, off on holidays, and so hard to call by phone.

Thank God I didn't place my big projects here! I only tried this rotten hosting company thinking that local hosting might have good support than those who are very far. Well, I'm so wrong!

People here are very incompetent. As incompetent as the people who owns and manage this company. You are really incompetent not to know how bad your service is.

They don't respect their clients, they don't show responsiveness and responsibility to their clients, they implement stuffs without informing the clients and without consulting, testing, or even thinking what it might cause.

They might solve your long-forgotten problem today, but tomorrow there will be another new problem.

And they claim, they are "Philippines' No.1 web/email hosting provider. We endeavor to make our customers happy". Yeah right! Nice marketing! Evaluate your clients feed back! Read your clients comments on web hosting review sites! They are all negative!

Yes they are cheap, but you get what you paid for!

As of this posting, I am now moving my sites to reputable foreign hosting companies. My advise to existing clients and those who are planning to put their sites on philhosting? MOVE AWAY! AND DON'T BE SORRY!

People deserve to know this... We don't deserve this kind of hosting.

It's hard not to be rude when you get this kind of worst service.

I'm really angry because they wasted much of my time and efforts.

PHILHOSTING SUCKS!

I'm hoping as a business they realize that they are losing more customers and if they don't start doing something about it, their bottom line will even be more compromised.

i am fairly new to web developing and i say, im glad i didn't go with philhosting.net. reading all your comments across the web says everything about the company.

i am glad i found a great local company that caters to my hosting needs well. at the beginning, they gave me a choice between platforms which is really good since most hosting sites don't. well, for more than a month of being a client, i haven't experienced downtimes. to top it all, they really have fast and secure hosting for a plan that is really affordable. im glad i trusted philwebservices.com.

APLUS.NET Kings of Crap - Puts All the Rest Down for the Count!

I simply registered a domain using their domain plus service because of the free URL and e-mail forwarding (Big mistake). After I registered I waited for my registration confirmation e-mail and yes I did receive it 1 hour later. After that I went in and tried to figure out how to setup my URL forwarding and their website was so poorly laid out it took me about 30 minutes to find the form. I filled it in and it said it would take up to 3 hours to process so I waited a day just to be safe. Well a day later,nothing. 2 days later, nothing. Then I decided to e-mail them, no repsonse after a week. I e-mailed them again, no response after a week. This continued for another 13 e-mails with no repsonse. Suddenly one day I get a reply from them, BUT it was to inform me that I couldn't take advantage of the free URL or E-mail forwarding because I did not register for it within 20 minutes of registering the domain! At that point I said forget it, I had already wasted $20 and decided to accept my losses and move on. I found a totally free URL and E-mail forwarding service called MyDomain.com and I recommend them to everyone now, no banners or ads. YOu know whats really sad after all this? MyDomain.com, the company that wasn't making any money from me responded to my e-mails within 2 hours and were more helpful than the horrible support of Aplus.net. Avoid! Beware!

As for me, I am hosted by philwebservices. wla naman akong complaints sa service nila. and to think mukhang konti lng difference sa pricing nila. But the main difference is with philwebservices, i got what i paid for.

i agree to all of your comments...our websites were always down and when you try to call them...they just dont care!

Sorry I dont intend to manira but if your pissed off too...you're just thinking of others newly considering them...to not to get them anymore....

Cheapest is not always the best solution, Good service and value added services is the way to go..

Does anybody here had any experience with Vertito.com? I just availed their reseller this morning at 9:30am.But up to now (4:16pm) I haven't got any email except for that computer generated reply. I'm just worried. Oh by the way I just move out from Philhosting. And yes it's true, their support really sucks. They don't even answer phone calls.
