Philhosting.net defends...

Some complaining clients of this hosting firm saw a blog post of a person from Philhosting at hadesland.com

Here's what they said:

This is the most stupid lie we ever heard. Almost all good hosting companies like godaddy, fatcow, blue host, host monster, hawk host, host gator, etc. provide excellent FREE "on-the-spot" support.

If you're not in the US, ofcourse you have to pay long distance call. But they have LIVE chat support and they answer email tickets in minutes or hours, not days, weeks, or months!

This owner is just protecting his company. the terms of service is the lamest excuse to disclaim damages. It seems that this owner does not check competition and latest trends in his line of business.

Philhosting complaining client is not just 1, they are so many, scattering all over the internet that it reflects their quality of service. Their stories are the proof that supports this fact. You'll notice this by how this owner addressed these issues professionally thru this blog. Clients complain thru their own personal blogs because they don't listen.

Yes, its true that they have many clients. Clients that are not aware of this quality of service before they signed-up just like those who complained.

To the owner of this hosting, we hope you address these issues by improving your quality of service rather than by posting this kind of reply and giving false information.

philhosting.net worst hosting company !!!

For the past 12 months, this hosting company has been nothing but a head ache to me. All I do almost every other day was complain and follow-up on problems which they have caused.

They will answer your support ticket in days! They will answer it day by day, by asking stupid questions which will delay your problems in months! They don't have 24/7 support, off on weekends, off on holidays, and so hard to call by phone.

Thank God I didn't place my big projects here! I only tried this rotten hosting company thinking that local hosting might have good support than those who are very far. Well, I'm so wrong!

People here are very incompetent. As incompetent as the people who owns and manage this company. You are really incompetent not to know how bad your service is.

They don't respect their clients, they don't show responsiveness and responsibility to their clients, they implement stuffs without informing the clients and without consulting, testing, or even thinking what it might cause.

They might solve your long-forgotten problem today, but tomorrow there will be another new problem.

And they claim, they are "Philippines' No.1 web/email hosting provider. We endeavor to make our customers happy". Yeah right! Nice marketing! Evaluate your clients feed back! Read your clients comments on web hosting review sites! They are all negative!

Yes they are cheap, but you get what you paid for!

As of this posting, I am now moving my sites to reputable foreign hosting companies. My advise to existing clients and those who are planning to put their sites on philhosting? MOVE AWAY! AND DON'T BE SORRY!

People deserve to know this... We don't deserve this kind of hosting.

It's hard not to be rude when you get this kind of worst service.

I'm really angry because they wasted much of my time and efforts.

PHILHOSTING SUCKS!
