This is Lupus: A new advocacy video by LFA

SLOW DANCE

I dont usually read forwarded messages but this one's kind
of touchy, written by a teenager with cancer and sent by a
doctor.

--------------------------------

Have you ever watched kids
On a merry-go-round?
Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?
Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
You better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.

Do you run through each day
On the fly?
When you ask How are you?
Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done
Do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores
Running through your head?
You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.

Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see his sorrow?
Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time
To call and say,'Hi'
You'd better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there.
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift....
Thrown away.

Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.

Pia's new mobile: my|phone T22

Due to simlock of Apple's Iphone, we decided not to get it and bought this cool phone which almost have everything except radio/tv. Specwise vs cost, this is better than Nseries (10k only). Although this is China-made (well what's not made in China these days?), I also rather buy this than scattered unknown-branded smuggled phones. NTC passed (sticker inside), available at major telecomm mall stores, and warranty serviced by Sony affiliated service centers.

DOST already has broadband Network - ZTE NBN scandal

Before the ZTE proposal, DOST already proposed to NEDA same kind of project which they turned down. PREGINET is a project lead by ASTI-DOST that we use and support right now. Below is a feed from GMA news:

The network allows partners to do collaborative research and development and provides a platform for experimentation of innovative Internet applications/services, efficiently transmit and receive large amounts of data nationwide, and integrates some existing government information networks into a common network backbone via international research networks such as APAN and AI3 (Japan). Last mile connections will depend on telcos, this is where the ZTE NBN proposal will come-in, or the turned-down proposal should have.
